Wow, what a market.   Economic downslide, Preforeclosure and foreclosure reaching insanely high numbers, whats next!  It makes you think what is next, where do I turn, who do I believe. 

It is my goal as a Real Estate consultant,  to inform you as to what is going on around you in your local market.  Even though the News does give you a lot of information but unfortunately it is typically too general and also too much designed to scare us rather than inform us. 

It will be my goal, to give you local market stats,  trending information, educates on buyer and seller processes,  great oppurtunities and many more. The format will be in multiple formats written, podcasting, and vidcasting. My goal for you is not only to keep you up to speed on the most current information but also staying current with the most current real estate technology so i can help everyone stay better educated!
