Prior to joining the Keller Williams Real Estate Team, Justin spent 6 years as a Training Consultant with a national consulting firm. As a Training Consultant, Justin examined a company’s goals, and then analyzed their processes in achieving those goals. The next step was to take any inefficiency and streamline those processes. Justin would then be the communicator and coordinator for the new and improved strategies and procedures. He would work at all levels, from service employees to the President of the company, communicating between all involved to insure a smooth and successful implementation. His ability to act as the primary facilitator to these organizations in times of great change earned him a Certificate of Excellence from the American Society of Training and Development.

It is this expertise which Justin brings to the table as a Real Estate Consultant. Your Realtor is the coordinator of what is possibly the most important financial transaction of your life! Your Realtor acts as the communication hub for all parties involved in the transaction, the attorneys, agents, home inspector, appraisers, and the mortgage companies. It is Justin’s past experience and desire to help others improve their lives that has brought him to Keller Williams. Justin is currently Freshman Boys Basketball at Dekalb High school. Being integral to the achievement of others goals and dreams is the fuel for Justin’s Fire.
